Room was spotless clean and tastefully decorated. We enjoyed a vist to the nearby Paris cafe thankfully reopened after being badly damaged by hurricane Sandy.

The breakfast is almost all carbohydrates. I would need to have protein and your eggs seemed old or something that made me not want to have them again after the first morning. Why not have a continental breakfast like in europe where you are offered meats and cheeses as well as decent eggs etc...i bet a lot of your guests can't really eat breads cereals, and sugary yogurt--at least have plain healthy yogurt.
